Beyond the roadmap
I'm a Product Manager with a background that spans technology, healthcare, public health and scientific research. I'm particularly interested in products where complex data, human behaviour and day-to-day workflows meet.
My route into product wasn't linear, but each stage has shaped how I work today. Scientific research taught me to investigate before assuming. Public health taught me to think about people and systems. Frontline NHS experience showed me how workflows and technology behave in the real world. Product Management brought those perspectives together. Product Management gave me a way to turn complex problems into useful digital products.

A scientific foundation: learning to ask precise questions and test them properly.
BSc Science Laboratory Technology, with a Biochemistry focus.

Practical research experience, data analysis and the discipline of evidence.
Scientific research and peer-reviewed publication strengthened how I form hypotheses, interpret findings and separate evidence from assumption.

Looking beyond individuals to understand populations, inequalities and systems.
My MSc in Public Health & Community Wellbeing developed my experience in epidemiology, quantitative analysis, health needs assessment and interventions grounded in evidence.

Frontline primary care experience has given me direct exposure to patient journeys, clinical workflows, digital systems and the operational realities surrounding healthcare delivery.

I'm particularly drawn to products that use AI and data, where technology has to work alongside human judgement, complex workflows and practical constraints.

Start with the system
Clinical and public health environments taught me that a screen is often the smallest part of the problem. Workflows, incentives, users, technology and operational constraints determine whether a product actually works.
Let evidence set the direction
Research training makes me sceptical of confident assumptions and comfortable changing direction when the evidence points somewhere better.
Ship, then learn
Working from evidence doesn't mean moving slowly. I believe in getting the right version in front of users, defining what we need to learn and using real behaviour to inform what comes next.

Outside product and healthcare, I enjoy travelling and discovering new places, creating educational content, and turning complex information into something people can actually understand and use.
I'm naturally curious, so I'm usually researching something, whether it's a new technology, a different market or simply an idea that caught my attention.
